Nina D. SÁNCHEZ

Nina D. Sánchez is a proud second-generation Chicagoan with roots in Pilsen and Central Mexico. As Director of Enrich Chicago, she collaborates with a collective of 40 arts and philanthropic institutions working to end systemic racism in the arts. She has served in a variety of capacities within multicultural leadership initiatives, direct-service, and education sectors, building anti-racism frameworks, disrupting systemic inequity at its core, and mobilizing strategic plans into meaningful programs, opportunities, and institutional/individual actions. She leverages her strengths of strategy, ideation, and assessment to be an active voice for effective policies and systemic interventions that support increased racial equity in her hometown of Chicago.

Molly Brennan

Anti-Racism Organizer & Trainer

Molly is an actor, an artist, an agitator, an activist and an accomplice. She has performed at Steppenwolf, Goodman, Lookingglass, Lyric Opera, Second City, American Theatre Company, The Fly Honey Show and others. She is currently serving as a Central Regional Delegate for the Actor's Equity Association, organizes firearm use and safety range days for underrepresented identities, and volunteers for and hosts a variety of social change collectives.  In art spaces and organizing spaces, she fights for equitable rooms and fair wages, supporting identities at all levels, and amplifying oppressed voices.

Luca Calabro

Program Operation & Enrollment Coordinator

Luca Calabro (They/He) is a queer-identifying self-described theatre-maker, activist, and wordsmith; working in any way they can with individuals and organizations to bring about a more just world. A Chicago transplant, they love this city and want to do all they can to contribute to this beautiful thriving community of justice and arts leaders.


Luca leads first and foremost with his heart, putting people first and prioritizing effective communication over all things. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a BA in Theatre Luca has served many roles over his career. Some include; being Collaboraction Theatre’s Audio and Visual Technician throughout their transition to the online realm, serving as the Theatre Librarian and Archivist or Loyola University Chicago’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts, as well as being a passionate performer and dramaturge. Luca feels passionate about continuing this work through their career; implementing a strong anti-racist and liberation approach to all aspects of their work.

Terri Johnson

Director of collective impact

Terri brings extensive experience working with equity-centered organizations to set change agendas, move toward action, and develop anti-racist leadership. Terri has previously led two anti-racist social justice organizations - The Human Relations Foundation of Chicago and the Center for New Community. Terri knows the work of Enrich Chicago well and her unique perspective will be invaluable in our work moving forward.  We have already been making strides with Terri as part of the team and we look forward to what will come next!
